Micro-Needling RF Treatment and Aqua Peel in Seoul, Korea

Last month, I visited ATOP Plastic Surgery in Gangnam thanks to Eunogo for my first taste of micro-needling. This particular micro-needling treatment used radio frequency to get even more drastic results and is often called the Ballerina Lift.

What is Eunogo?

I have personally used them before to book a facial/lymph massage more than once!

What is Micro-needling RF Treatment?

Micro-needling is the practice of tricking your skin into boosting its productivity and healing ability. It’s most commonly used for people with acne scars because the small needle pricks make your skin heal itself, changing the texture of your skin and lessening the appearance of scars. With this RF treatment, the needles also emit radio waves that further activates the skin and promotes tightening, lifting, and collagen production! The package at ATOP Plastic Surgery also includes an aqua peel for extra cleansing power!

The results?

My results admittedly weren’t that drastic. During my consultation, the doctor said that my skin didn’t need that much help so the results would be more preventative than anything else. I did notice though that my skin was much brighter and I seemed much more awake in the mornings! For me personally, I don’t know if it was worth the pain and money, but for people with more severe skin problems I can definitely see it being a great procedure!
